May hem 1) the state of rowdy disorder/ havoc, riot- often in a jocular sense. 2) event- the unpredictable grand opening of the new Liberty Arts center in Yreka. An eclectic exhibition featuring the work of 25 artists celebrating the design, process and creation of a unique art space for the community.
